ADDITIONAL MECHANICS COMPETENCES DEDICATED TO HIGH PRECISION MOULDS FOR PLATIC INJECTION
TAVON group acquired DPH in 2021 because of his skills and high competences in high precision moulds for plastic injection. This mould specialist, located in the French area of Ain, benefits from equipment in tooling and competences in design, especially in conformal cooling, with 3D metal printing using laser fusion or additive manufacturing. These techniques have been mastered in-house by DPH since more than 10 years. This key knowledge is essential for TAVON group to meet the requirements in plastic injection coming from the markets of medical devices and high precision technical parts.
